I have a 99 CRV EX and my tail light running lights are not working. I replaced the bulbs and running lights fuse and still nothing. The brake light works when I brake, but no rear running lights. Headlights and all other lights work. There was a hitch with hitch wiring installed professionally locally a couple yrs back by the previous owner, but he claims that the running lights worked for him with no issues. If anyone has ANY ideas, please help
