Default CB7 H22A Sounds clogged?

Okay,

h22a CB7 (1991 ACCORD)

So Ive been noticing more and more lately that my car is starting to sound clogged up, or restricted somewhere.. This occurs both when the car is warm, and when its cold (more so when its cold, getting a little better when its at operating temperature.), Can someone suggest to me what could be the problem? My cat looks pretty old, but I highly doubt its clogged.. When I first got the car I seafoamed the motor, could this have clogged maybe the cat more? I changed the EGR valve thinking that it was gonna be horrid when I took it off, it really wasn't that bad.. and it runs alot better but this issue still occurs. The car will run ABSOLUTELY SOLID at times, and this problem will not occur. My idle will hold at 1,000 even and sometimes DROP almost dieing and idle very oddly, and run clogged up (it seems)..

If it's the original cat, there's a very good chance that it can be causing some problems at this point.

Without a check engine light code though, this is very hard to diagnose on the internet.

But the exhaust note changes? Is this at idle or while driving around?
