H22a swap in 5th gen lude, will not run?
Hey guys! I have an 98 Prelude that I have just given a new heart, an 97-98 (OBDII) motor from HMO.com. However she will crank over, and try to fire up, but she will only give a few kicks before she dies. As a background I switched over the oil pump(CRK&TDC sensors), sprockets, vtec solenoid, Knock sensor, Coil pack and Dizzy. I kept the JDM Intake manifold/ fuel rail on and swapped over the throttle body, and I also left the thermostat housing alone, other than moving the line a bit in order to install the coil pack. Once the sun starts coming out I will begin checking spark, compression, ect. If anybody has any experience on this swap and any other suggestions your help would be appreciated.
EDIT: Spark at all four cylinders, over 200 compression on all four cylinders. However when using a noid light to check the injectors its would flash, pause, and then flash in sequence. Kinda like Flash.........Flash,Flash,Flash. Also the motor threw a code for Crank sensor. Im going to try swapping fuel rails & injectors now.

You need to swap oil pumps so that you can mount the CKP sensor from the old engine as well as use both lower timing gears.
