Default congrats brian brock first nine second pass stock sleeve block

just wanted to take a moment to congradulate my boy brian brock on his first 9 second pass this weekend. amazing thing was he is on stock sleeved block with after market pistons and rods. the car ran 9.94 @ 149 mph on his second pass in qaulifing. and ran a 9.77 @ 154 in the 2nd round of eliminations. the car only made 615hp on 28 pounds with damn near no timing. the car ran great till the last pass 9.77 as you can see the sleeve finally gave out #3 this motor has been going strong for 3.5 years with only a block gaurd. NUFORMZ ( miss you shaun ) we decided to turn it up and the car has alot more in it 1.68 60's all day but the track was holding everything we could throw at it accept for our launch. we ended up in the finals against norman but couldnt give him a run cuase we were on 3 cylinders.

i have more videos ill add later

Brian really wants to thank rebello racing engines for the awesome motor they built and has lasted for 4 years they just refreshed it but a cracked sleeve is what it is. may 20th is gonna be fun at cmi's 9.77 was just the beggining for brian.

Wow, is that faster than your built race/show car?

Still fast, but he probably just wasted a few grand in parts to save a grand by not sleeving it.. Obviously couldn't have "had a lot more in it" if it blew up, eh?

Missed you at IFO Vegas, buddy!

Time to call golden eagle..

I'm not blind, I had eye surgery years ago! I just like to push your buttons.

I'll skip your outlaw race, as I'll be vacationing with the family.. Let me know when you want to line up the show car, I just won a sweet "best engine bay" trophy with mine, so I can play too!

I don't like your state, too many shady bastards over there. lol

The event dates there always conflict with my schedule. I'll shoot for the next IFO event out your way, unless Will gets off his *** and sets up another race in SoCal..

Eggy racing did this about 1 year ago with a css and still running strong! Have him check into the www.cylindersupportsystems.com bet he can get some good use out of one of these blocks..
