Default Drive axle

I recently replaced my drive axle and strut. I notice that the drive axle rubs against the damper fork. Does anybody have any idea why? Any help is much appreciated. Thanks

I have installed many accord axle's and never seen that before. What brand is that axle? The boot in the picture looks rather large or maybe its the angle of the picture taken.

Did you verify that both the old and new axles were of the same lengths?
