hey guys i own a 2000 ek hatch and i love it! i bought a poor mans type r that was built to the max eagel rods the works i could go on forever.......its a b20b with a b16a2 sir head the problem is i need a intake manifold.....whats the cheap ebay ones like just need it till i find a stock one for a half decent price.

Agreed, just save yourself the money amd.buy a b16 or gsr intake manifold. Dont buy a type r, your bottom end wont beable to saftley rev up to where the type r intake.manifold shows its true colors.

 

Just try to find someone with a b16 that they are parting out of a stock one in the marketplace. Buying an cheap ebay manifold is like not wearing protection, you will pay for it in the long run ..lol

 

i thought a poor mans type r was a b16 head on a gsr bottom ?? and a gsr intake won't fit a b16 head different bolt pattern .

 

its my own version of a poor mans type r over sized valves and B18C cams. Full port and polish. arp studs.

 

Funny, but yet so true. Them ebay prices might look sweet, in the end you get butt rammed hard and fast. Scrap up your pennies and save. Trust and Believe.
