Default camber adjustments

Anybody know a good method for adjusting camber, without having to go and pay for somebody with an alignment rack to do it?

I you have a Honda, there is no factory camber adjustment, you have to do it with ride height of with camber kits.

I would be adjusting it by lowering the ride height, I guess what I meant to ask is how to know how much I am changing it. I just had my car aligned the other day, the camber was way off, so they raised my coilovers to get it back to factory specs, now I want to lower it back down till I get about 2 deg. of neg. camber, but I dont want to go too far. Isn't there a gauge or something I can get without taking it to a shop and having them do it?

LongAcre makes camber gauges:

Several other companies do as well.
