OBD0 B20A5 Starting Issue
Problem: Car does not roll over, fuel pump does not engage, Dash Indications not working(Some are)
I know: Ignition switch works great, its not that. Motor is not siezed. Starter works great.
What happens: Key 'ON' = Battery light comes on, Relay click. No CEL, Brake, Door, Nohing except Battery light(Or high beams if I have them on). When you hear the click of relay, The Battery indication light brightens x10. Also, When you click over to 'ON' the ECU flashes 1 time, really fast, barely noticable. Try to start it, Nothing... I think the only thing that happens is a light on the A/C unit that is green, shuts off.. which is normal I am pretty sure. Thinking my Civic did the same thing. But when you turn the ignition to 'OFF' the ECU flashes again, just as fast. Ill post a link to a Video on my FB of it. Its night outside, but... If you look closely you can see the red flash and hear my work the ignition.

If the video dont work due to friends issue, lemme know. I can figure something out.
Assumptions of problem: Fried ECU, Bad Gauge Cluster, Bad fuse box??? Im not sure what to think..
