Default car wont start, dizzy issue?

2000 si poor man type r, boosted is what I have. The car stailed in the highway and wont turn back on, it cranks all day but wont fire. Tested the dizzy with a volt meter and got nothing. Even did the screw driver in the plug wire and no spark. Im hopeing thats all it could be. Im about to put a new dizzy on, but how far can I drive it without it being re timed ?

Just be careful when you replace the dizzy and you shouldn't have to retime it.

its the dizzy... just replace it but make sure you mark it along with the new dizzy so you dont mess with the timing
