I have a CRX with b20/vtec chipped p28 recently did a head gasket job. Car ran really rough checked plugs all of them black. Did a smoke test to see if any intake manifold leaks none. The car idles rough below 800 rpm, cel comes on then idles to 1300 settles down to 1000 rpm. Idles smooth after that and eats a lot of gas. CEL is code 14. I have voltage at the connector and if I ground the wire the IACV clicks. One thing to note is the throttle body I'm using is off a B16A so no FITV. Help!!!!
