tranny rebuild ?

Default tranny rebuild ?

well i have a b16 tranny and it grinds in most gears depending at wat rpm i shift into them at and i cant get 3rd into gear wile leaving 2nd at 8k so when i rebuild should i do full syncronodes and sleeves? iv heard its also the sleeves that can be bad is this true
i was looking at this rebuild kit

the only way to know what you'll need to replace is to open the tranny up and inspect everything

ah i dont really have the time to do it like that my car is my job lol so just looking for some advise

What other advice are you looking for? The only way to know what needs to be replaced is tearing down the transmission.

Buy a used trans and rebuild it then swap transmissions, no down time.

this is what i just did. costs a little more up front, but you can make some of the money back by selling the old stuff.
