This might have been covered, but I have a different scenario.
Just driving around, for example 55mph. Sometimes, the speed tach needle has a tantrum, then goes back to 55mph.
Anybody know a solution to fixing this? Thanks.

That's what I was thinking.
Yes i believe it is, and the car is driving fine. The roads were really wet and it was raining too while this started to occur. I have a buddy that said I could be a speedo cable? I honestly don't know.

Here's the million dollar question!
Everytime I turn my wipers on, when they hit the "climax" of their movement before it wipes down, my speed tach flutters, back light of the digital clock flickers all at the same time? WHAT COULD THIS BE?! Then it blew another 40 fuse. This has to be something with my wire tuck that I did. I used thicker gauge wire mated onto the wiper motor and headlights. I think thats fine, because it has enough current to flow through without overpowering. Driver's side headlight and corner light are fine when this happens. So it has to be a shitty connection in the wiper motor wires.

You answered you own question and I'm sorry to say no one will be able to help you because only you know what you did with your tuck.
Recheck all your wiring.
Next time you might want to mention in the first post big details like a possible botched wire tuck.
