Default 91 Civic hatchback SERIOUS PROBLEMS..... NEED HELP

Okay so i bought a civic hatchback, swapped a z6 motor in. Got a rywire ecu harness. Spiced my injectors and dizzy wires needed to go obd1. The car didn't run before i got it and i have no idea why.....

Now when i turn the key the main relay clicks 3 times. I turn to the start position and the starter relay clicks. No fuel pump prime. And no crank.

When i jump the pin #7 to straight to the battery, the car turns over. When i power the fuel pump straight to the battery it kicks on....

I have all the grounds cleaned and tight. I have power to the ignition switch and down into the fuse box. but not on the other side of the fuse box.

Now what could cause both my starter not the crank over and my fuel pump not to prime or pump when the key is on start???

Maybe it's an ignition switch problem, then. This is going to be hard to track down on the interwebz.

Iv checked EVERYTHING. The ignition switch has power going from it to the fuse box, but my buddy says it can still be bad. Is there a way to test it?
