pedal assembly. good deal/bad deal?

pedal assembly. good deal/bad deal?
Im in the process of doing an auto to manual conversion in a 91 hatch. I went to a local honda junkyard and they want $75 for the pedal assembly and clutch cable is this a good deal? Or should I try to buy this stuff off of a hatch or crx thats being parted out?

Dont really know, i sold a clutch pedal assy,hf tranny,shift link, and cable for $50. i prolly could have sold it for at least a 3 digit number but i had no use for it so i dont mind helpin people out.
