engine idles but dies under load, or throttle
00 prelude h23a blu top, gettin tps, knock sensor and o2 sensor cels. engine idles fine but under throttle it bogs out if you barely open the throttle and hold it will act like its in limp mode ( but only at about 1100rpm) i can play with the 3 little vac ports/line at the back of the manifold on the top side closest to the tb and get it to rev up but will not take any load any help sorry for my grammer
has ANYTHING been changed/altered/worked on, since it ran fine the last time? Anything happen in particular when it started having problems? Or simply, went to crank it up one day and now it runs like this and has CEL's?
If it simply spontaneously started throwing codes and doing this, then I would buy a multimeter, search for the procedure(s) to test those sensors. I would actually start by testing the tps, then calibrating the tps. If that doesn't help, then move on to testing the other sensors. The knock and o2 CEL commonly show up as a result of another issue, and will go away when the real issue is resolved.

car was running alright, i started getting a missfire in the upper rpm range like the icm wasnt working correctly, thats when it started. so I changed with brand new one and tightend all connections same problem. tps was always unplugged, and ive never seen engine run like that over a tps. also just started throwing the manifold absolute pressure code the knock sensor went away .and im getting positive pressure out of the throttle body?! im leaning towards this map sensor (the car runs worse with it un plugged)
also I can unhook the return fuel line and get nothing I can put my finger over the line port and I get same results. I read the primary heater o2 sensor can cause the engine to run so lean it wont rev could this be an issue
if you are not getting any fuel on the return side of the fuel rail you most likely have a bad fuel pump. It is not building enough pressure to force the fuel pressure regulator to open.
Your TPS needs to always be plugged in......What would make you think different?
When my TPS was unplugged it cut off hard at any load...

it hasnt been for 2400 miles that would make me think so
or ever on several b series ive had, either way with it plugged in it still doesnt work right and ive cleared all codes but the tps
