I am re-conditioning a B18C ser#1008728 engine. I mistakenly thought that since the main bearing's were the same size as the B16 I have a parts list for ,the rods would be the same. WRONG! The bearing for the B16 part #13213-P30-004 ( Brown) is 19mm wide and the bearing I need for the B18 is 17mm wide.Who knew! Anyway if someone has the correct part numbers for Brown and for Green rod bearings,I would be very grateful.

 

Who knew? I thought it was common knowledge. Heck even back in the day "omniman" made a DVD on a 200whp N/A B16 and one of his tricks to "free up HP" was to use the narrower rod bearings. Anyhow, this information is easily searchable - rather than give you the part numbers wanted why not all of them just in case? Eat your heart out son!
