My neighbor was painting his house with a Spray gun in a windy day, and got some stucco on it...Is there anything i can use to get it off?...*NOTE* I can remove it with my hands if i keep rubbing it, but it'll take me like a year to get the whole thing off...
That is just one of the many that are out there, I think that they are all pretty similar. I use the Griots...www.griotsgarage.com...but I think that the Meguiars is pretty good also. Should do the trick, just use lots of whatever lubricant that they give you to prevent scratches.

I've used the http://www.zainobros.com claybar before - worked good.
I believe your neighbor should be held responsible for the damage. Take it to a professional shop and have him pay the bill. Or just Do it yourself, and have him pay for the clay
I don't like the Meguiar's clay bar. It leaves smudge marks b/c the clay is too soft. The clay smudges don't come off unless you polish it....car wash soap won't take it off.
I have overspray all over my car too from the car sitting in the shop for 3 months. A buddy of mine has Zaino stuff, and the clay seems to hold together much better than the Meguiar's clay.

mequiars clay bar isnt that great. Id go with a mothers clay bar since you should be able to get that at most auto stores.

Oh yeah, and then go kick your neighbor in the shin

I have the same problem with the Meguiars, and that clay is one PITA to get out if you slip up. You just have to use a TON of the spray to ensure you dont smudge.
OMG! I don't know what would I do to my neighbor...I'd be so pissed!
But, the first thing I would do is to keep the car soaked so it helps lose whatever got on it, as long as it is water soluble, and then rush and buy the claybar...
