I have an 88 Crx SI with a 91 si harness in it. The main relay and all fuses have been checked. The relay was replaced. Everything is turning on and getting power except for the fuel pump. The fuel pump is new and came attached to a new bracket and plug. The chassis harness leading up to the fuel pump harness is not getting power. Throwing a code 13. Any suggestions?

 

Is the power at the fuel pump wire at the relay?

 

It was a bad wire. I got the fuel pump priming. Car is turning over but won't crank. I have a code 4 for the cps. Can it prevent the car from cranking? On a dohc zc where is the crank pos. Sensor. Any good way of checking if fuel is coming to the engine?

 

if i recall reading, the 88 models were special and their harness would only work with their corresponding year/model.

 

Yeah but I had a 91 spare harness and thanks to a great member on here (crxsir) I have a brand new engine harness made for my engine and to fit the rest perfectly for an affordable price.
