Default unknown power loss

Okay ive been trying to fix this problem forever and i keep narrowing it down and crossing things off the list. It runs good for about a half hour then it starts losing power. And i hear a wining sound almost like power stearing whine but its constant with accelorations. Another thing i may have a exhaust leak right under the oil pan. I can hear it rattling and there is a o2 sensor after it. If there is a leak before the sensor maby it could be throwing it off. I pulled the pluggs (which are brand new ) and their pretty white. Ehich i think means its burning hot. Ive sprayed the motor down with carb cleaner and no change in idle so i dobt have a gasket leak. Any suggestions? Or am i on the right track with maby leaking exhaust? im out of options. ... Any brainstorm on ideas would help

Yo jroxz44, I too have been dealing with a loss of power for some time. I'm no mechanic, but try checking your temp gauges, alternator, battery & fuses. Not certain if it will solve your issue but its worth attempting.

When it does this again remove the gas cap. If there is a large suction it could be an issue with the EVAP system. Drive the car again and see if the power has come back, if it has then I would look into the EVAP system.

When i take the cap off there is alot of suction. If i leave it off it runs bad thou. I never tried to put it back on just when i get gas. Where is the evap system located? Maby ill get on from the junkyard if its easy to replace. There is alot!!! Of pressure but idk if its suction pressure or out pressure.

Check on everything, bro. clean MAF, MASS sensor, jack up the car, and let it idle, use back of your hand to feel any leak on the exhaust, check engine oil and transmission fluid to see its due time to change, spark plugs. Gluck

I just put a new throttle plate, iacv, fitv on tonight.... It stalls when i touch the gas but i think the cooling system needs bled but tomorrow ill get under it and check for exhaust leaks i have a lift in my garage so it will be easy. What about the evap system. Does anyone know anything about that? And the symptons when its bad? Oil/tranny fluid are good.... Oil changes ever 3k and tranny changed every 6k everything under the hood is new. I cant find the problem thou. This is getting expensive

have you checked it with a diagnostic machine? An OBD Reader would be a good place to start, but for a thorough diagnostic you would need to take it to a shop that has a good diagnostic machine. Without doing any of that, I would check your timing, your camshaft position sensor and your crank angle sensor, but a diagnostic machine would make that a LOT easier.
