Is it locking up as in not allowing the wheel to spin freely when your foot is not on the brake?
Or is it locking up as in when you apply the brake pedal it is the only one that is stopping?

Does the car pull to the right when you brake?

I would suggest looking at your slider pin. I had this problem occur on my Integra and one of the slider pins was seized.

May need to replace caliper..if it sticks while driving and your not touching the pedal it could be numerous things..but if its sticking while not applying the brake the caliper may just be shot due to the she of it and miles it has seen..if this is the issue due to just being my opinion I would do ASAP as it can ruin the rotor brakes and even the rim due to heating up and causing fragments of your brake pads to come off and stick to your rim looking like brake dust only due the the heat caused by this it can eat into the clear coat and rim assuming you have rims...if you don't it can still cause damage..the easiest way to tell is if your driving at night pull over where safe and get out and look at that side its sticking on and see if the rotor is glowing..this means the caliper is seized..if its not completely seized check the brake lines for holes or see if the brakes need to be bleeded..but first things first and see if its completely seizing and just habe the caliper replaced before other things are damaged and parts that are not needed to be replaced can be saved...this should be looked at and fixed ASAP any questions feel free to pm me!!

^holy run on sentence batman!
Check hoses too. If the interior has degraded, debris could prevent the piston from returning.

Check your left caliper. If when you brake the car pulls to the right, that caliper is fine. It's the opposite caliper that is most likely stuck/sticking or not working properly.

When you brake and it pulls to one side, the side that is pulling is working, its the opposite side that is not matching in brake power. There is a fault there.

Also check your rear brakes. Front wheel drive cars have a cross split system. The front left and rear right are one system, and the rear left and front right are another. If there is a leak or damage in the rear system then this can affect the performance of its counterpart in the front.

Yes sorry I will fix the pm...also you asked could it be a line?? Yes it very well could be a line to where a link or hole...if its a hole you will be losing fluids..but if you have a clogged or kinked line it will cause the caliper to not get fluid so if you replaced the caliper and getting the same results the I would check the line...if the line is bad new caliper or not if its not getting fluid or pressure then its not gonna work properly new or not and sorry about pms when I said to pm me I will fix it now and if you found the problem let me know how ya made out!!

I had a brake hose go bad on me. It would allow fluid to operate caliper but would not allow fluid to flow back, it held the piston against the pad.
