This is a tech question? How about you explain why you are even considering it in the first place.

somewhat i think so. its also a misc question. the tech would come in after some grumpy *** asked me why i was going to consider it. then i would refer to the fact that my rex wont go into first gear and grinds a little in second, the midshaft is shot, the coilovers are junk, the o2 sensor isnt even wired up, the iat sensor has no voltage, the tps sensor is bad, the idle is 13-2400 rpm, im tired of dicking with it and dont have the money to drop as it stands at this moment. the cable to hydro is junk and i need to get a real one. ive dropped 600 bucks on this thing since i got it after breaking the fabbed up alternator mount the first night i had it. i got taken to the cleaners when i got this car and i love the idea of it i just cant afford it. if i could afford it id strip it down and redo EVERYTHING. ive lost so much money on this thing. the gsr runs and just needs tuned. and something about a vibration on accel sometimes. so technically speaking what would you do.

I'd make up my OWN mind since I was an intelligent adult that was able to weigh the pros and cons of my decisions so I wouldn't have to post on a forum and ask strangers with grumpy attitudes what I should do.

^^How could you make that decision? What's wrong with the OTHER car? You could be getting into another money pit.

lmao u sir kill me. i didnt ask anyone with a grumpy attidude, they included themselves in a general question lmao. all kidding aside i think there are some good thoughts here. it may not be a money pit to some but to me its getting there. i feel ya on someone elses problems. which is why i asked. im 30 yrs old and been around the block a few times without training wheels. ive gotten into hondas late in the game. basically for mpg but for fun factor too. thing is i didnt know jack **** about a honduh when i got this car. since i have been scouring the net, mostly HT thank you all, and have learned a **** ton. the search button and i are best friends now.

ive always liked others input, as well as having a sounding board. weigh options, hear a perspective i didnt think about yet. truth told i have a gut feeling a shouldnt trade for this teg. i have a feeling the problems are almost over with the rex and that ill be fine. the main issue pissing me off is the trans not shifting into first while running. i think i might need a new cable on my hydro to cable bracket. i think i read it needs to be a 90-93 da cable.

anyways thanks for the inputs so far!
