Default Boosted 97 ek coupe with JDM B18c?

I've had the car for about a month. I traded my 96 Mustang for it and just been driving it around, it's fun, but it's time to put some work into it.

Anyway, I'm looking to boost it, but I'm gonna try to stay within the 240-300whp range.

So what do you guys suggest I do first with the build? The motor has just over 50,000 and runs extremely strong, with no ac/ps.

Money isn't really an issue cause I'm gonna do this over time and try to have it done by the time June 28th rolls around.

I'm debating on weather or not I wanna rebuild it specifically for boost, but a local Honda tuner says that I should be fine running a set up on low boost for 250whp and not do damage to the motor, but I'm iffy on weather I wanna risk it.

Any help on what I should buy first would be cool, just looking for suggestions on what you guys have found to be better parts for what I'm looking for.
