Default OBD1 H22A cyl 1 misfire???

Hey guys I just got done with my h22a swap and am having a problem with cylinder 1. I just got my chipped p28 with a neptune chip. The guy who gave me the ecu said it had a 2.2l gsr basemap on it because he did not have a h22 basemap. He said he would properly tune it when I drove it to him. I also just recently changed the valve cover gasket, cam seal, plugs, and wires(all ngk for ignition). I checked for spark on all cylinders and it is fine. When I pull the plug wires on cylinders 2-4 it dies out but when I pull cylinder 1 nothing happens. I am not throwing any ecu codes either. The dizzy cap does have a crack in it but its very small and right by the bolt on the cap. It is getting fuel too. Could it be the timing when the motor ran fine before I installed it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

wait your going to have a guy tune your ecu when he didnt have a h22 base map? what kind of **** is that. a real tuner will have base maps for every engine. if you havent done a compression test already you shouldn't be here. to me sounds like your a import fan. you should know basic test. fuel pressure. make sure fuel is getting dumped into the cylinder. could be a stuck injector. compression test. leak down test. once your done with these steps youll know what to do. common sense

Why do people hate so much in h-tech anymore???? I remember years ago that their was actually cool and helpful people in here. Not that I should even have to explain myself but I will anyway, I didn't mention checking the compression because it was done already.... common sense right??? And yes I am an import fan that likes to have fun and work on my own car??? hate me for it??? I am married with kids and this is just my car to have some fun with. So chill out. On a different note, I found that the problem was a faulty EGR valve.
