Regarding re-filling and re-drilling wheels
Would it be dangerous to re-fill the lug holes on a wheel that is 5X114 and re-drilling them to 4X100??
I read somewhere that re-welding back on a spoke to a wheel that has been broken is 100% completely dangerous because it has a higher chance of re-breaking on them...
But my question was regarding just re-filling and re-drilling some wheels??
The wheels i want do no come in 4X100, and i can only fit 4 lug because i drive a mini cooper now, (they dont make 5 lug for this car).
Suggestions and thoughts??
The idea/concept seems much safer than re-welding a broken spoke, ill tell you that much lol

Have you looked into a 4x100 to 5x114.3 adapter seen some cars pull them off pretty good, it can push the wheel out some so you'd have to factor that in for you wheel choice
The gentleman above is correct. Wheel adapters are one option, but generally push the wheels outwards 15-25mm. For many folks, this is desired.
You can also redrill and fill, though a fill is not always necessary. It depends on the mounting pad (the flat area on the rim that makes contact with the brake rotor). Best bet is to take them to a local wheel repair/ redrill specialist and have them take a look at them. Another problem you may run into with this option is a centerbore that may be too large to allow the holes to be drilled to 4x100 (which is what your Mini is).

I thought of the adapter route but i figured i didnt want it too spaced out. Im going to have a lot of lippage so having it pushed out more means more unnecessary fender work.
But it's safe to say, its safe to do correct? re-drilling and re-filling?

Yes, it's done often.

You're actually going to be better off re-drilling your hubs for 5-lug (if you ever want to do more aggressive driving). Filling and re-drilling wheels is possible, but it does weaken the wheel slightly.
Op where you planning on taking them
I found sone 4x114 wheels locally for cheap and am thinking of filling n redrilling
