hi im going to swap my engine soon from d16y8(ej8) to a b series or H series if it fits with no mod cuts.... can anyone recommend a strong engine that would lead to me not cutting my chassis?

b series is a direct bolt in, h series you need to do some modification to the mounts.

 

koo any suggestions on b16 or b18?

OP do research, it all depends what you want to do with it and what kind of power you're looking to get. whatever you get make sure you do plenty of research and do everything right the first time around.

 

you could do a h swap and just go the h2b route which mates a b series tranny to the h engine
