Axle alignment problem
My axles on the driver side is very angled & it ripped the inner boot in less than a year on a brand new axle, am trying to figure out if i need to switch to Hasport mounts cause the Innovative mounts i have make the engine taller on the transmission side. The engine need to be moved back at least an inch or 2 for proper axle alignment.
I have had this problem for quite a while but this is the 2nd boot that has ripped in 2 years & need to take of this problem, a boot should not rip for a while!!!
The passenger side is good but not the driver. It has around a 45 degree angle to it which is near the limit of a CV joint.
I have a 96 ITR B18C with Innovative mounts.
