2000 civic clutch pissing me off!!!!
i bought a 00 ex about 4ish months ago and cant get a constant smooth shift out of it, every other car is fine i just cant feel the engaugement point, theres virtually no restience so i always go through it and it never works out. the clutch pedal also seems very high. can that have anything to do with the feeling? the car has 126,000 miles on it i dont know if the clutch has been done before. its just making me really mad. any help would be great...at all
i also only have to push the clutch down maybe 2'' for it to disengage and i push all the way to the floor so it makes travel from floor to top really far and thats mostly my probelm.
So adjust the clutch pedal. There should be a link in the FAQ if you don't know how. Edit. There wasn't.

Adjusting it wherever your want it can cause disengagment issues, slipping, and increased snychro wear depending on which way, and how far off your adjustment is from where it should be.
