Default Help with 99Accord, Jerking/Hesitating/Bogging while cruising. CEL and code inside

I have a '99 Accord LX 2.3L accord with about 137,000 miles on it. I just recently had the transmission totally rebuilt by a reputable shop (typical tranny problems for the car)

Before the tranny went I was having an issue with the car "bucking" while cruising at highway speed, light load. (2000-2600 RPMS at 65ish). The car cruises fine, then maybe once every ten minutes it will hesitate, kind of bog out, then I press the gas pedal and it fixes itself for a few minutes, then it will happen again. It almost feels like its starving for fuel or something there for a second.

I finally got a CEL to come on, and I just checked it, its one code. and thats 7 quick blinks. Does that mean code 7? I understand code 70 would be transmission, but Its just quick blinks, then a slight pause, then it will continue to repeat the 7 quick blinks. I just want to confirm that its 7 and not 70.. That would be TPS issue?

I was kinda hoping it was gonna be the EGR issue so I could clean it and go, but it seems i have something else wrong? Any ideas or help is appreciated.

maybe it is the transmission still malfunctioning? in and out of overdrive? I drove the car for several hundred miles on the highway with the CEL light on in limp mode. and sure enough it didnt hesitate or buck at all, its just drove fine, but I feel like the RPMS were higher at crusing speed, is there some electronic overdrive or something that could be screwing up? Sorry for being ignorant about auto trannys I really dont like em.

Just check the voltage of the TPS, slowly go from closed throttle to wide open throttle, watch the voltage and watch for spikes. And verify it is calibrated correctly.

OK i will do that. I just had the code verified at autozone its the TPS. They do not have sensor for sale, they only sell the entire throttle body.

I am going to check the voltage and go from there. I believe closed should be 0.0 and open what like 4.5 and up? ( 80% of 5v and up is WOT right?)
