96 accord lx

has oil in the spark plug chamber is that not normal to me its not so ive been thinking is the valve cover gasket that needs to be replaced?

Sounds like the spark plug tube seals need replacing if you have oil in the spark plug chamber. When replacing the spark plug tube seals also do the valve cover gasket at the same time.
