Default Tire Choice For 1995 Honda Civic

Hey guys.I am a student going to college soon.I have an 1995 Honda Civic Ex. My father gave it to me with the tires that has now but I really need new tires. The size of the tires that I have now I think they are 185/65/15 and I want to get sizes 195/50/15 for the new tires. My budget is from $300-$350.I was searching on tire rack and I saw these Kumho Ecsta AST http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires....omCompare1=yes

Do you guys recomment these tires or what do you guys recommend me. I am looking for All season tires. If you guys can help me I would appreciate it.

Here's a pictures of my car

In the 195/50R15 size, the Kumho is goint to be the best value as the only other "all season" tire is a Conti that is not necessarily any different than the Kumhos for more $$$
