i have a 93 honda delso si 1.6. and i recently painted it without grounding it or dissconnecting the batterie. i replaced the spark plugs and the ecu thinking that would solve the problem. when i turn the key the fule pump doent prime but thats because theres no current running through the wires so i jumped the fule pump to get fule to the engine. but as i jump the pump and try to turne on the car all it does is crank but dosent start. i checked the fuses and there ok and also checked the main relay. any other ideas on wat this issue could be?

 

do you hear the fuel pump running while jumped?

 

yes when i jump it and dissconnect the injectors gas does flow out so the injectors are getting gas just cranks but doesnt start
