Default Timeings jumping helpppppp

Ok I have a d16y8 that is fully vatar built boosted on 15 pound and I set it at TDC and the crank lines up and the fireing order is correct and the conection points for the cap are correct on the distribuater and when I go to start the car it just cranks but the timeing jumps every time why does it do this?????

It wont start and then you re-check time and its not where you set it? Do you have the right size timing belt on it? Thats the only reason i can think of that mechanical timing would change unless your timing belt tensioner is junk and you are actually skipping teeth. Has your valves smacked your pistons yet?
