Icon2 Valve stem??

Okay so ive had a miss fire and thought it was an injector not firing. Turns out there is oil in cylinder 2, i just replace piston rings about 3 months ago. So i just took off the head and yup theres oil in there.. not as much as there was before when rings where bad but still some.

Im thinking the rings again?

But i decided to look at the head and rotate the cam to see whats going on in cylinder 2. I see oil in the intake port! COuld it just be a valve seal??? All the rest of the intake ports are clean as can be. On the exhaust its just the same as the others.

Let me know what you guys think... thats the one thing i didnt change last time because i dont own a spring compressor

one valve doesnt go in as smooth as the others do. I think it might be bent. I mean it looks straight but doesn't go in to ANY intake valve stem smooth. And its just that one too.
