97 integra rs automatic fuel pump wont prime need help asap
okay here it goes ive been looking to see if i messed anything on the other forums but not that i have seen.. my wife has a 97 integra rs automatic okay she was on her way home from work and the car just died so i tow it home..
next few days i check the ecu fuse it was blown and also replaced the main relay and fuel pump go to turn the car over but will not start turns over all day long but i cannot hear the fuel pump prime checked all grounds and fuses and just changed the ecu and still no prime at the pump..
now i do have voltage at the relay on yellow/white but no voltage on the blue/white or on the yellow/green at the relay.
can wire the pump directly too that power wire and it primes? can someone help me out asap this car is giving me a headach!!

?? what you mean direct if your talking about connect it directly to something to see if the pump works done that and it does work..
oh and just got off the phone with a acura guy and he said to try the ignition coil and the igniter so i did and they didnt work or help out any either...
he said that if the rpms guage wasnt twitching a little to try those so it wasnt so i went to try those and no luck..

right, put 12v to the pump and check to see if you have fuel pressure or hear it prime.
the ignition stuff has nothing to do with fuel pressure.

i was checking the relay within the 2 seconds and also i did not have voltage on the black/yellow so i looked at the fuse and the acg(ig) fuse was blown replaced it and now it fires up and runs thanks alot.. i had been checking these fuses the hole time tho maybe i just over looked it tho because it was barely broken unless i look real close.. thanks tho shes running strong!!
