Default conveted to obd1 ef sedan

hello i need some help i have a ef with a b16 swap i have a obd2 dizzy and obd1 p06 ecu the car will not fire up on the obd1 ecu but it does fire rigth up on the obd0 ecu like nothing i cut the original dizzy plugs and spliced them like the boomland said the color code are it does have obd1 injectors also

Are you getting spark and fuel?
Is mechanical timing set correctly?
Any CEL with ECU codes?

youp has spark and timing is perfect it only fires up on the obd0 ecu and then it acts stupid and will not fire up on the obd1 ecu bro

Get a different OBD1 ECU to test with.
If that fails, then your conversion harness is bad.... not as uncommon as one might think.

hey man im having similar issues, i have a 1990 civic hatch dpfi i wired in the boomslang harness and have tried several ecus im running d16y8 with obd2 dizzy and obd1 injectors the car runns good just wont rev over 4000 rpms, i think its these bs harnesses, what ya think
