I bought a 95 civic lx a few months ago. It's always had these heater issues:

1) Whenever it gets warmed up to normal operating temp, the heater starts "leaking" hot air into the cabin. No matter what I do with the controls and settings (fresh/recirculate, hot/cold, 1/2/3/4, etc.).

2) The fan blows out minimal air, even at the 4 setting. There doesn't seem to be a difference btwn 1 and 4, in terms of air being blown out.

I don't have AC either, if that makes a difference. What is the problem?
