What is the relay all the way up and all the way to the left?

My ignition plugged in right under that and i got power when i turned the key at the plug but not at fuse #2. So is the fuse box messed up or is one of these relays bad?

 

Sounds like possibly a blown fuse.

Check your fuses to be sure.

 

Wiper motor/sunroof.

 

okay but why does the fuel pump not prime. and the ignition have power to the fuse box, but the number 2 fuse doesn't?

 

All my fuses are fine.

If you're getting like 6V to your fuel pump, it's your main relay. You can try to resolder the connections or buy a new one for about $55.



Located behind the ashtray.

 

Replaced the main relay.... triple checked all my fuses. Unplugged the fuse box and it like fell apart. I ordered another one for 30 bucks..... sure hope it fixes my problem.
