i just want to confirm that whether the pin for P0F, P13 and P28 ecu is exactly the same. is it meaning these ECUs were interchangeable without rewiring?

You will have to swap A6 and A11 on the Accord harness to use any of those ECUs. They are the other way around on all other Hondas. Best thing is to run either the P13 or P28 with H22A basemap. Unless you are running an H22A automatic...

Then run the P13 with the pins switched as I mentioned above. Are you looking for a programmable ecu or something to run your H22 with?
