Default engine smoking, very weird, how to tell what it could be

when i start my engine up. or go off throttle above like 2000 rpm. smokes pretty bad. engine is rebuilt with new valve seals and everything, my machinst says it cant be the rings since its under no load its something in the head he said valve guides? doesnt make sense but you never know. could the valve just need re adjusted? even though i dont see how thatd make a diference. also between my down pipe and turbo theres a little gap and i saw actual oil come out during cold start up. so im thinkin turbo seals???? but on my old engine it was good/ as soon as i put it on here it smokes?

i dont think its the rings because i saw oil actually coming out of the exhuast on the turbo. im thinkin its the turbo cause if it was in the combustion chamber it should of burned

If that's the case it's burning off the hot side seal of the turbo I would think......now would be a good time for the shodan to chime in lol

do you have a restrictor on the feed line? and is there any upward bends in your return line?
