Default Help with friction point moving higher

I have a 1997 civic hacth with a d16 engine and manual tranny. So here's the problem; when i start the car the friction point on the clutch pedal is in the right place, about 1 inch lower than the middle of the clutch pedal travel course, but here's the problem, when the car warms up and i have been driving for about 15 mins, the friction point on the clutch pedal moves closer to me. But the clutch itself is almost new, so i don't think this problem is coming from the clutch. So this friction point shifting starts over every day. And the clutch pedal also gets softer when the friction point shifts. Anyone can help???? thanks

friction point is supposed to be at the top of the travel.

Sounds like either the clutch master cylinder or slave is leaking.
