Default 91 civic hatch just clicks once and doesn't start

I just swapped a d16z6 into a 91 hatchback. All the lights come on and the engine light clicks off. Then i try to start it and it just clicks once. No start. I don't even hear the fuel pump prime. What fuse is for the fuel pump? i don't have the diagram under the dash or on the fuse panel under the hood. I cleaned the battery terminals. Any ideas?

If the tranny isn't grounded the car WILL NOT start

the starter clicking means its getting a signal, but if the starter is bad then at times it will start and at other times it will just click and nothing else try to tap the starter while trying to crank the engine sometimes they get hung up

Could also be a dead battery...You can try this to check the starter. Put into first gear with the parking brake off and rock the car back and forth. This will slowly turn over the engine and move the starter. It might start after that

that wont move the starter because the starter isnt engaged unless your trying to crank the car. if that were true your starter would be consatntly spinning while driving

The guy above me is right. The pinion gear in the starter only comes out when needed to turn the flywheel. It wont come out if not getting enough power, or the hold in solenoid went bad.

My smaller start wire does not have power... my dash lights come on and the engine light clicks off. But the FUEL PUMP DOES NOT PRIME. What could cause the fuel pump not to prime and the starter wire to have no power? iv checked every single fuse. my battery is 100% charged.
