Default B16A running rich

I have a b16a in a crx. Car was running fine 2 years ago when it was parked. I recently replaced the battery and now the car is running rich and refuses to idle after warmed up. I have changed the injectors ecu fuel filter o2 sensor cleaned the iacv and checked the timing. Also replaced the cap, bug and plugs. I'm not running a fitv and checked the timing. No cel's. Can someone tell me what I'm missing

well if your car is not ideling after it is warmed up, then your iacv is to blame. They have a very high fail rate.

How do you know that they car is running rich? Is it fouling plugs? Do you have an air/fuel guage on the car? When a car decelarates it runs lean, and if your car's idle is messed up because of the iacv it technically should be leaning itself out because it cant catch the idle.
