I have searched multiple times but I get mixed results, some people claim they are the same thing some say the finish is different. Can anyone clarify the real differences?

The reason I ask is because someone is selling me what they claim to be 2000 si stock rims, did the 2000 si rims come polished from the factory because these look a little different, could they be the 2003 ex rims?

 

Si wheels did not come polished nor in any colors, they are alloy. 03 civic wheels are about the same thing.

 

the 7th gen wheels are a lot shinier than the 99-00 si wheels.

They are a natural finish I think with a clear over them, not painted. I believe the only 7th gen to use them was the 01-02 the 03-05 had different ex wheels, unless the lx's still had them maybe.

 

neither of them are polished. if it were polished it would be like the gsr swirlies. I can't point any differences. Also, isn't there a version of the SI rim, but in 5 lug and 16"?
