ITR throttle body on b18b

Have an LS swap in my civic and the throttle body recently went bad. I know the size of the LS tb is 60mm and the ITR tb is 62mm. Will putting an ITR tb on my LS have any positive outcome at all? Even in throttle response?

No, there won't be any noticeable gains.
