2000 civic trunk latch rattle hatchback help

so my trunk lock latch is rattleing on my ek hatch all the time when im driving is there anyway to fix it??

Tighten any bolts that are loose, adjust the latch so that it latches tightly

yea i was searching and i read i can adjust the latch and shud move it down more .. or to put electrical tape around it.. im gonna try these methods thanks

Are you sure the latch is the problem as opposed to the license plate?

The trunk release cable may also be culprit too (as it loosely bangs against the aluminium frame).

its the latch i put elecrical tape around it and it went away
