Default 2000 Prelude 66k service? What needs to be done

Well recently bought this 5th gen base. It has 66k original miles. And looks like its never been service besides oil and transmission fluid. Since the car is 12 years old with so little miles the sugessted service times wont match so is it safe to say i nEed a tune-up? Also with only 66k is my. Valves suppose to be clapping so hard makes it sound like it has 660k. Which should be changed first tune-up or valves?

Recently changed air filter oil ans tranny oil.
Last time tranny oil was replaced was 51k (but i like changing around every 15k)

Car is original down to the japanese candy i found in my 3rd brake light dummy (has a spoiler with 3rd brake )
Plugs say 2000 Most cars says year plugs were put on
Belts is Mitsubi(original)

I had a 2001 CRV ex with 87k original and never had the valves adjusted and it never made so much noise. (totaled it feb 8th 2012)

66k and the valves are out? goodness sounds like whoever owned the car before beat the living crap out of it for those 66k miles. fix those valves or youll end up having a bigger problem than before.

besides air filter, oil and tranny fluid theres really not much else that needs tuning up unless your brakes are bad or something.

if you dont have a check engine light on and it seems to be running fine, then i would venture to say youre good.

is it a manual or auto? not that it matters much, just wondering. i hear the autos have problems down the road so keep up with the trans fluid.

Auto thats the main reason im doing the 15k interval in Tranny Fluid.
Thats what im saying I had a 01 CR-V with 87k and the valves were not even close in sound. These sound really bad. My brakes are good front have about 80-85% or more and Rears are brand new. Im just going to go ahead and get my valves adjusted first since i dont want to have to get the head machined.

Every 30k on a Honda the dealer does oil change, transmission fluid, engine air filter, cabin air filter and a tire rotation.
