oil in spark plug holes

oil in spark plug holes

so i found oil in the spark plug holes and the plugs look to be fouled out, is that the reason why it will turn over but wont fully start?

Highly possible, go to the dealer, buy a valve cover gasket KIT and plugs, oil on the plugs ruins them. It's a good of place to start with your problem of not starting.

too much oil in the plug chamber will cause misfire but i don think that will cause you No Start.

h22 can be started with just any 3 of spark plugs only are firing....of cos a sluggish starting.
