Suggestions on a 11 sec all motor setup...

I am building a somewhat streetable allmotor car. I am looking to run low 12 or posible 11 sec. I need any suggestions on what kind of compression i need to run, can toda c's get me into 11's, should i use a ls or gsr crank in my b18c1 block( at golden eagle) with 85mm bore. What's the advantage and disadvantage of using either one.
Parts that I have:
b18c1 block with 85mm golden eagle sleeves
b18c5 block
ls crank, gsr crank
itr head, b16 head
toda c
toda valve springs
portflow retainers
toda header
440cc injectors

If I had spent that much money I would have a pretty good idea what to do with it thus far... just go with what whoever is working on your car tells you to go with.. otherwise...
