Heellllpppp!!! Timing Belt issues.
I went to start up my car finally.. What do you know, it wont start. Sure it tries, and almost does. But, it falls on its face. So, I check the timing belt. Awww damn... The timing belt is now loose, and missing a chunk(NOT BROKEN YET). I got a new TB tensioner and TB. Replaced both.. The freaking thing wont tighten up on both sides of the belt..
One side gets tight, and the other goes super loose. I have gone through the timing procedure 5 times now. Same thing. I even tried the stock tensioner again. What gives. Am I making some stupid mistake?? Everybody says that their belt starts off too tight. Not mine
Please help me!!

He says he got a new belt and tensioner. Let's hope you didn't bend any valves.
The timing belt is not suppose to be tensioned as much as a serpentine belt. It will be significantly more loose because it has teeth and serpentine belts do not. When I first did a timing belt on my Accord I questioned if had proper tension or not. I felt like it was too loose and I actually forced more tension on the tensioner with a screw driver and tightened it down. After getting it back together and running it, it made a whining sound indicating too much tension. I had to go back and retension it properly.
