Default shocks/struts/springs help

So my springs are really bad. I bought a set of tien lowering springs, but I'm going to be replacing all of it, shocks/struts/springs. Might as well do it all.

My question is, what's a good choice for shocks and struts.

I found this http://www.ebay.com/itm/02-05-Honda-...de86c3&vxp=mtr

Would that do? Or do I have to go for something more specific since my next springs will make the car lower?

thanks in advance.

the problem is you didn't give us any information about your car and your needs...

are you going for style?
for comfort?
Ever track your car?
you want something slammed?
Do you only want springs and struts not coilovers?

i run Tein monoflex. i live and in TN and the roads are very smooth in my town so the ride is not bad. IMO i would go i say with coilovers over lowering springs. i say this because its nice to be able to raise it to get onto a town truck if something does go bad.

the link you gave on ebay was for INSERTS. and they ****ing suck to do, because you have to cut out your stock struck, and then drill a hole in the bottom of it. its good if your on a budget and have a day to spare, but for the price (500 bucks, plus 200-300 for lowering springs) i would have gotten tein sports shipped for like 800 or 900, and their coilovers overs.

I think just style spaz. Nothing special, it's just my daily drive. I have an 03 ep3. And yea, not coilovers. I think I'll be good with just springs. It's just that I just found out that pretty much everything needs to be replaced, soI guess I'll just go all the way with it, unless it's recommended I go with coilovers.

1st time doing anything suspension wise to my car so I have no idea whats going on >.<

Still didn't answer what height you're going for.

Springs and shocks are just that. Springs and Shocks. As long as you don't get some terrible no-name ebay brand, get whatever you want. They will all feel the same for a w/e daily driven car. The only preference that you need to consider is the ride height, all else is the same ****.

A little over an inch. Nothing slammed, but definitely a little lower. I think the tiens I got are 1.4

Any more and I won't be able to drive in my neighborhood. I almost cried after trying to go through speed bumps for the first time..... The noises I heard...from my car... cannot be unheard
